Software for mobile devices
|
Software for mobile devices are becominmg more and more advanced. I think
this is an interesting topic, and have began to set myself into how to best create
applications for mobile devices. I will mostly concentrate on applications written
in Java. There are several platforms to consider when creating software for mobile
devices, but I think that Java has the best potential of these available today, and
will most probably survive changes in the market in the times ahead.

Next step in the project we are doing at the Symbian course. As it turned out that some of the additions that I added to the last version were subtasks of this assignment, there wasn't much change in this version compared to the previous one.
- Automatic screen updates
- Finally works on a Symbian based phone

In my search for perfection I created this a new version which contains all functionality of the original game, plus support for absolutely all phones supporting Java. In addition this version has stronger branding than the original one.

Tic Tac Toe reproduced for mobile devices. The reason why I chosed this game, was that I have already made an applet-version, which would make it easy to convert this game to a java-based game for mobile devices.
