Shape file viewer

This application is utilizing the GeoTools toolkit to show maps as shape-files. This format was created by the leading developer of mapping software for net, ESRI. As the functionality of this toolkit was as I wanted them to be, I didn't need to change or add any new tools to it. Please note that you will need to have Java Runtime installed on your computer in order for this application to run.
  • Supports all files in shape format.
  • History that remembers your map extents.
  • Zooming, panning and full extent.

Cash Register

This application was made for a project at school, but the customer wanted to use pen and paper instead of a proper system, it was not used for that project.

The application was made so that all operation could be done as fast as possible. Not neccessarely the easiest method, but we meant that speed was more important than learning curve. We still alloved the user to use a mouse if he was not that good at this application.

The data available in the application should be presented in a more professional way than only screen. It is therefore also a screen to print reports for selected periods.
  • Lets you add and remove products.
  • Keeps track on what is sold from the counter.
  • Lets you print a total overview of sold products in a given period of time.

  • No database or scripting language (like PHP) was used when creating this system.

CD-Tree

This application has one task: create covers for your CD's. This task it does pretty well, and the result looks stunning.
  • Reads through the whole disc and finds the size of all folders.
  • Size shows size of the folder and subfolders.
  • Local disks are filtered from the list, so that only removable media can be selected.
  • Simple in use - only four controls to press.
  • Nice layout.

Science Fiction

An assignment i made for school (Særemne). I handed it in as a CD with a small manual and its content. A lot of jealous eyes when I handed in this assignment... As this application is quite big and contains some copyrighted material, I do not want to post it as a downloadable from this page.
  • Lots of text, images and video.

File Cut

This small application is able to cut large files into smaller parts, so that these parts fit onto standard 1.44MG 3.5"HD discs. This application never turned into anything else than a beta, but was surpassed by version 2, that I ended up selling.
  • To my surprise I found out that there still are people using this applciation, even if there are many years since I first created it.
